- IATA for air transport, applicable within all countries which work under the ICAO regulations and any airline under the IATA regulations
- ADR for road transport, applicable within all countries that have adopted the ADR convention in their legislation and additionally within Europe, the EU directives concerning the transport of Dangerous Goods
- Other applicable national legislation, depending on the origin, transit and destination of the shipment

- Dangerous Goods shipments must be prepared in accordance with the relevant Dangerous Goods regulations such as IATA/ICAO:
- Correctly packed, marked and labeled
- Required documents completed: A Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods, if applicable, must be signed by the shipper only and accompany the shipment
- All State and Operator Variations must be complied with, Operator Variations from D0, ES, D5, QY must be followed.

Professional Drivers; Trained, Tested & Bonded
Drivers receive annual training ensuring specimen integrity, biohazard control, and safety with pharmaceuticals/controlled substances, all within HIPPA/patient confidentiality. All our drivers have passed criminal background checks and are subject to drug testing. Our drivers are uniformed and have photo ID.
Temperature Controlled Deliveries
Drivers supporting our medical lab customers are equipped with coolers, ice packs and dry ice to store lab specimens during transport.
